Hello, welcome. :) I'm Glennda, 19 going on 20 this year!
Came into the world on 5th August 1990.

I have a passion for long distance running, sports, reading, music, writing and many other things, and blue-myfavouritecolour is an avenue for me to share my muses, thought and whatever's been going on.

Eventually I want to run Adidas Sundown Full Marathon and Standard Chartered Full Marathon!

I love my family, friends and my cell group, W398+N385! :)

Through God, I can do anything, and nothing is impossible. For God loves us and will never forsake us.

Oh and I'm a big fan of Westlife and Jay Chou, and would love it if I can get the chance to meet Westlife in person one day! :D

stupid school system

I so pity the guys. But mentally I'm thankful that I'm a girl. So many guys got caught for their hair being long on tuesday.. And by long, it means that their hair is touching the collar a bit, their sideburns abit too long only. hello?! isn't that a stupid thing? that length isn't even considered long in the first place! Guys like padey, chris, cyril had 'long' hair. Their hair looks perfectly fine and it doesn't come under the 'long hair' category! Half the lot of guys caught were innocent anyway. Then threat comes.
"If your hair isn't cut by tml(wed), we will get the barber to cut your hair for you!"
wednesday dawns. still got ppl who didn't go for haircut. And I thought the school was talking a whole f'ing lot of rubbish about getting a barber. The barber actually came! oh my damnf***. And I saw alot of guys waiting for 'hell period'. when job's done. one look at their hair, you faint. their hair is like.. so damn short lor! almost equal to being bald. like convict like that. poor them . may your hair grow quickly. It's a stated and confirmed fact that guys' hair grows faster than girls' hair.. Only thing I'm thankful is that padey saved himself by getting his hair cut in advance.. If not.. hell comes along like a bullet train.
Seiously, I feel that the school is going on too much about study hours.. To the extent that it irritates me to the bone. 4/6 got called up for a talk by mrs yip and mrs terrence. at blue skystage. that talk was like a whole bunch of rubbish.. what about not clocking in enough revision hours and not staying for night study(considering 4/6 initially was the most enthu about it).. yadda yadda yadda.. It was a whole lot of f'ing crap and not worth listening to at all.. then the question came. "those who studied for more than 15 hours, you can go." thanks be. I studied for 24 hours. it was like a relief to get away from the stage and their yakking. It's nothing but a source of irritation lor.
The point is, they are supposed to encourage us and give us the motivation to study right? To me, I know what need to be done. But to them, whether they want to study or not and their future all depends on themselves right? Whatever they do ultimately will make or break their future. The choice is theirs.
That's it. long post. had to get some things OUT.

long busy days.

It's 35 days to prelims.. and I haven't blogged in like ages.. here's the gab..
Be Yourself Day:
so-so only.. not alot of ppl in 4/6 came in home clothes.. only me, minjun, jj, cheewai, alvin, zheng kai, ernest, hendrick, amira, syahidah, alderic, raphael.. less than half the class.. =( and happy birthday to eugene! coincidentally his birthday on 1st day of term 3.. and I pon remedial.. went down band room instead..
SYF In The Heartland @ IMM:
One of the best performances put up by CMB ever! they sounded terrific.. started off with shrek dance party.. fun! with padey and ain, plus the sec 1s, it was really cool.. =D then ivan sang along when it was ocean.. then the cup of life!!! perfect timing considering that world cup final was on sunday.. =D CMB rocked the house down! alot of ppl screamed and cheered for CMB.. compared to drama and indian dance.. saw dear bestie at IMM.. it's been a long time friend. =D
and almost everyday it's tuition, remedials, tests.. and barely enough time to even catch your breath. shit.
