Concert Night!!!

Concert night!! at last!! Got 2 sch around 11.. turns out some of the seniors were there b4 me.. wow.. they sure are early.. hahaz.. all of us can wear casual t-shirt 2 sch.. and that is exactly what i wore.. wahaha.. then fall-in and all.. then all the guys had 2 help us move the percussion instruments and the heavier brass instruments.. like tubas.. then all got on the buses.. some of the other seniors like aidil, sook hui, lyoe, hakim n xiuli went in our bus too.. then cyril and wei kang sit in the lorry hat carried all the percussion instruments.. then we percussionists all sit right at the back.. then when the lorry pilled up behind our bus, then we could see cyril and wei kang.. then all of us in the bus teased jing ni non-stop once again.. shu mei brought the last year CSS SYF CD with her.. then we listen 2 the music.. very nice..
Reached the Conference Hall.. then all the guys had 2 help take down the percussion instruments.. then we waited 4 awhile in the lobby.. so hot in there!! then lyoe and joshua take photos.. then happen i was juz pacing abt.. cos i was so bored.. then joshua call 2 me and ask me 2 take picture with them.. so i juz follow them and take photo with the 3 of us in it.. wahaha.. im the odd one out.. cos im a percussionist, and im the only gal in the pic.. while lyoe and josh were saxes players.. wahaha.. but no difference.. fun 2 take pic with them.. then after that we go into the hall and rehearse one last time b4 the performance.. then eat dinner.. the guys oso very siao one.. talk all sorts of nonsense.. then after that go and get changed into our white long-sleeved shirt.. then heard the ensembles rehearsing.. lim jie and danny play very nice.. then mrs yip play the piano.. then rose oso sang a song.. shes our very own singapore idol!! cool rite?? then after that.. change into our blazers.. the alumni started first.. performed hill country holiday and spirited away.. I love spirited away!! such a beautiful piece!! then after that was our turn.. we performed saint and the city and pasadena.. was quite ok.. screwed up abit in the fast part of saint and the city.. didnt screw up 4 pasadena.. whew..15 min interval.. then after that jie play a duet with danny on the oboe.. then mrs yip play the piano while danny play the oboe.. then after that.. rose!! our very own singapore idol!! sang a beautiful piece our danny play the piano.. then we performed seagate and doraemon.. screwed up seagate in the part b4 the andante part.. cos i dropped the xylo mallet on the floor.. sheesh.. then doraemon!! was the coolest piece!! the alumni members came out 2 dance 2 the piece.. so cute.. wahaha.. junior band playing not that bad lah.. juz that if the band was bigger, then the sound produced would be better.. then the alumni plus the sec 3s played ivanhoe.. cool piece.. concert was a GREAT success!! whole band took a group photo together after the concert.. lord of the rings was not bad either.. then i saw shaun receive a flower from katherine, wan ting they all.. haha.. then back 2 backstage.. was so tired.. got all the percussion instruments out of the way with the guys' help.. then found out that the percussionists' bus broke down.. so had 2 follow the woodwinds.. sheesh.. then had 2 put the down the accessories box.. then in the end, gina ask lewis 2 help jing ni and me carry.. hahaz.. trip back 2 sch was funny.. the whole lot of us in the bus (the flute galz, renard, boon kiat, lewis, me and some others) all teased jing ni again.. abt cyril.. wahaha.. then lewis said he would call cyril on his handphone and set it 2 loudspeaker.. crazy.. but it was really funny. we would have liked 2 noe wat cyril would say 2 jing ni.. weee--uu--weet!! (dun whack me k u guys) .. then got back 2 sch.. so late already.. nearly 12.. then got home already 12 something.. then juz shower and sleep.. wahaha.. so tired.. What A GREAT Concert!!!

Band Camp---Day 3.. Last Day!!

Last day of band camp. woke up very early.. and felt really tired..wahaha.. wanna go back and sleep longer..once again, moz of the guys were still asleep.. wahaha.. after breakfast, then go back 2 hall and set up 4 full band.. mr tan not happy with us.. cos we couldnt really play properly.. I mean, what's the problem?? we r all juz so tired!! but then again, it is our fault we colud not play properly.. We r juz so tired.. wat can we say?? break camp in the early afternoon.. then went back home 2 rest.. a long camp makes u feel tired..

Band Camp... Day 2

Woke up on 7.30 that day. Most of the galz were awake already. Almost all the guys were still sleeping.. lazy sia.. wahaha. Then after that, we get ready 4 PT.. the sec 1s joined us as well. Then run 3 rounds.. so tired.. especially cos I never bothered 2 go 4 a run during the past 2 months due 2 exams.. haiz~ then after that.. go change into old band tee.. then ate a quick breakfast b4 band.. so tired.. then practise the whole afternoon in the hall.. so tired.. then after that, we all go back down 2 band room 2 take our clothes and go 4 our shower. joshua oso abit siao one.. kept saying:"excuse me.. Very Important Person coming through!" psycho sia.. he not only asked me 2 move out of his way.. he oso asked a few others 2 do the same.. then fiona called him VIP-- Very Irritating Person.. wahaha.. good nickname.. then after shower.. eat a quick dinner.. then sec 2s go back down 2 practise 4 solo performance.. then the seniors go up 2 the hall 4 alumni practise.. cos they practise ivanhoe.. got sick of staying down in the band room.. so went up 2 the hall 2 watch the practise, and listen 2 good music.. wahaha.. i was not the only one.. alot of the sec 2s were there too.. then after that, jong ling ask me 2 go back 2 band room 2 help her take the claves.. cos they needed it 4 one of the pieces.. then later was seniors full band.. went thru the pieces the senior band would be playing 4 the concert..then after that, we percussionists had 2 clear up the rubbish that was left behind during dinner.. ack.. so gross.. lots of ants somemore.. then after that, go and wash up and sleep.. no air-con again.. damn it.. so hot..

Band Camp Day 1..

My first time blogging.. wahaha.. ppl who have blogs can link me?? wahaha...
BAND CAMP--- DAY 1
Band camp was really fun.. but tiring as well. wahaha. Anyway.. back 2 the point.. Went 4 camp on the 16th.. then had a lot of fun.. Morning was junior band, then we seniors had sectionals 4 the whole morning. Had lunch after that.. chicken rice.. not that bad a meal.. haha.. In the afternoon was seniors full band.. practised Saint and the City.. (again) we have been practising Saint and the City very often, cos mr tan feels that we have managed 2 do a very good job on Doraemon.. And we have played Pasadena and Seagate Overture during the POP.. so we dun have much problem.. :p After that, went 2 shower, relax and eat.. the guys(namely lewis, shaun, cyril, yao lun, terence, boon kiat and renard) were chasing each other all round the fitness station and they played bball 4 a while b4 dinner.. dinner was NOT as nice as lunch though. Wahaha.. Then after dinner, it was full band 4 us again.. practised 4 quite a good long while.. then went 4 supper.. eat already, then go 2 hall 4 games.. wahaha.. games very cool and funny!! The seniors split us into 2 grps, then I ended up in the group woth bixia, fiona, daniel, cyril, joshua they all.. :P then there was once i was cyril's 'so-called' guard.. woops.. pity it wasn't jing ni.. wahaha.. (dun scream at this, jing ni or cyril) then after that, as the game progressed on, joshua ended up as my 'guard'.. haha.. then when someone call my name, he was not fast enough 2 call another person.. joshua.. u damn slow sia.. grrr... wahaha.. (dun whack me hor joshua) but there were times when i was his 'guard' too.. hahaz.. then i was so damn blur, i called joshua's name by mistake.. i 4got he was one of the 'guards'.. sry man.. then after that, our grp split into 2 smaller grps.. then this game was like 'grab-the-bone'.. see hu is fast n who is slow.. wahaha.. then in the end, my grp win.. yay.. the other grp lost.. :p happens 2 be the one cyril was in.. so the whole grp had 2 do forfeit.. cyril ended up leading the group in the banana dance.. something like that.. wahaha.. then cos jing ni was in the other group.. then the whole band saw cyril leading his group.. then everybody tease jing ni.. wahaha.. then lewis said, 'cyril, ur real hot!' wahaha.. I almost laughed out loud.. very funny.. then after that game, the whole band group together, then form one big square.. my number is 4.. then lewis's number is 10.. then jing ni and nicole's number is 14.. there was one time when 14 was called, then only nicole rushed out 2 grab the 'bone'.. wahaha.. jing ni slow sia.. wahaha.. (dun scream at me cyril) then in the end, the group that had jing ni, jocelyn, lewis and cyril lost.. that group had 2 do forfeit.. go up 2 stage 2 teach the remaining lot of us the friendship dance.. something like that.. then cyril was juz in front of jing ni.. then i juz casually remarked 2 rui yun that it was a pity cyril was not holding jing ni's hand.. wahaha.. someone else muz have been thinking like i did too.. cos someone shouted, 'aiyah.. should be cyril hold jing ni's hands!!' the remaining lot of us laughed.. then indeed, after a little bit of place changing, it really was the 'real' thing.. cyril holding jing ni's hands.. weee--uu--weet!! then after that, we all got back together.. then after that.. i oso hold other guys hands!! hahaz.. then cyril was juz in front of me.. then jing ni was behind me.. so i immediately change place with her.. wahaha.. then i saw lewis got hold jong ling's hands.. wahaha.. can laugh.. :P then after that.. the games had 2 end.. cos ppl sleeping in the blocks near our sch complained of the noise.. really.. damn spoilsports sia.. no fun.. then after that we had 2 wash up in the backstage toilets.. gawd.. so damn crowded.. had 2 wait b4 i ould wash up.. then sleep after that.. floor so hard,, then air-con not on somemore.. honestly.. cannot on air-con meh?? so i didnt zip up my sleeping bag.. juz crashed off 2 sleep after that..
