2nd day of new year
kinda sian.. this year's cny seems to be abit sian.. like the atmosphere got something missing or what.. and I still have that combined humans.. lit and ss.. omg.. lit due on wed.. ss due next tues.. then chinese ppt haven't finished the animations.. whew.. I dread homework.. so much things to do.. zzz.. well. but I can do it! must finish chinese and lit by tml, no matter what! =)

2nd entry of the day.
Ok. I have important matters to share to the world.
number one: you bitch! I hate your attitude! what are your problems:
1. you have a severe attitude problem.
2. you stink.
3. you are foul-mouthed.
4. you are a bitch.
5. you are a freaking despo.
6. you do not know how to appreciate what people do for you.
7. you are very rude.
8. you are disgusting.
9. you think you are so smart, that you know everything in the world.
10. you permanently have that sian look in your face all the time.
that should be a long enough list right? i think that if you want other people to like you or at least have a good impression of you, you should change your attitude and work towards becoming a better person.
number two: on a lighter, less serious tone, I'm happy today! I finally have a digital camera at last! hopefully can get mp3/mp4 for my birthday this year. =D
number three: to the sec 2 percussionists. it's time you get serious in band this year. next year is SYF year. you must work very hard to be as good as us seniors. you cannot afford to slack now. you must be responsible. don't always have us to tell you what to do or to shout at you all the time. I'm sure you don't like it right? so you must strive hard and prove it to us seniors that you can do it. alright? I'm sure you want to get gold with honours for SYF 2007. and all of us have the esplanade performance and the MUSE competition coming up. so I really sincerely hope that you people have team spirit and work together as a section, and as a band. if you read this, please take my advice to heart. I really am serious in this.

CNY eve.. 1 more day to go.
I should have updated this entry yesterday.. but was simply too tired..
yesterday was abit boring in school. half and hour of chinese new year celebrations. then normal lessons. omg. this is one thing that I will never be able to figure out. it's going to be chinese new year! we all want a break! why the heck must there be a full day's lessons and HOMEWORK at the same time? so during recess, swee kheng called me. asked whether I was going back jps. so I didn't know whether I was cos of class gathering afterwards. but it was cancelled. so after school I went down band room awhile. seems like I'm not the only one in percussion who didn't go for practice today. padey also didn't go. =p anyway practice that day was optional. so no harm done. final decision was to go back to jps.
new building was very nice. better than the old building. but the old building is where I spent my pri school years, and also where fond memories lie. =/ that guard refused to let me in.. but I got in anyway. hahax. saw xue xuan there. with shujun! what the bloody hell. she isn't even a jps gal. what gives her the right to come in to my beloved alma mater?! f*** you lah shujun. saw the guys. fo yang, swee kheng, qi jian and allen. not much changes. except fy has grown taller. but I still am taller!! haha. I'm the only gal in the 6A'02 batch! not many ppl went back. liesl and jasmine came back too.. =D walked around for awhile before going to jec.
met up with jun jie there. no change. still the same after so long. hahax. initially wanted to watch I Not Stupid Too, go to kbox.. instead we ended up sitting at kfc for awhile before going up to the tables there to gossip. bought ice kachang from kopitiam. me and qk share one bowl. allen and jj one bowl each. they could finish theirs.. me and qj couldn't even finish that bowl!! omg.. small appetites.then bought KFC fortune fiesta to eat. qj and me: one piece. allen and jj: 3 pieces each! they sure can eat. then sk never eat. hahax. can conclude one thing: allen is the money grabber. jj is the debt collector. borrow money from frenz to buy food. haha. they owe the other party so much $$!! =p but it was great to meet up again since we hadn't seen each other since teachers' day 2005. will go back on teachers' day eve this year.=) and to all 6A'02 people, there would be a gathering. strictly 6A'02 people only. as to when it will be held, it's not confirmed.. probably after o levels.

recount of 3 days study camp
1st day: humans talk in the morning. its so tiring just sitting in the hall and listening to the talk. because your legs just get so numb and the circulation is just really impeded. they might as well have given the talk in class instead. all otherwise, just put tables and chairs in the hall.. so that at least we can get the circulation going. afternoon was fun. NE program.. and its about food!! too bad we can't get to sample any dishes. but we created a fusion dish. which actually is thinking up of any kinds of food from malay, indian, chinese or western culture. and F2 did a cool job too.. mr chia even took a photo of our work!! =D and after that was caption contest.. what we did was see the pictures of the kinds of food that were sold in the 1960s.. and one of our captions was read out! but we didn't win.. =(
2nd day: maths talk. was ok lahx.. if not for the fact that the mike would stop backfiring.. actually its just that when someone suddenly speaks into the mike, it will scare everyone in the hall.. stupid problems with the PA system. ended super early.. at 12.. then practice was at 3.. so went for lunch with jingni.. and talked alot.. =p then we sight-read ivanhoe and shenondoah.. actually they are nice pieces.. but if we can brush up ivanhoe, it would sound even better.. the 2003 SYF batch managed to learn it and make it almost perfect in 2 and a 1/2 months.. so we can do it as well! for the esplanade performance.. we must do our best!
3rd day: a whole lot of talk about english o level orals.. then around 11 a speaker came to our school and continued stressing on the o level english orals.. yawnnnnnnnnnnx. its such a bore. as if I had not heard enough of these earlier. and also, he has a loud voice(or is it that stupid mike screwing up again?) so the result is that people sitting at the right of the hall were covering their right ears to prevent their eardrums from being shattered. we finished at 11.30. then all the sec 4 band members gathered together.. and we went as one big lot to IMM for lunch.. amanda joined us as well.. hahax. only sec 3 in the lot. =p jingni, shitien, dina, junie didnt come with us..=(
so we bought burger king and long john silver and went up to the empty space next to the playground on the 3rd floor to eat... and got chased off by the guard.. is this considered an illegal gathering? or is it that we were probably obstructing the way? =/ then we came back to school.. practised marching for awhile.. then sat back and listened to ivanhoe and tales of the sea(CSS SYF 2003 CD) twice. then we had the whole group who came down to go through ivanhoe and we also sight-read gulliver's travels.. eugene can play my fast xylo part in movement 4! *clap clap* but abit sad that i had to leave early..

cca open house
ok. this batch of sec 1s are super enthusiastic.. when they came in, they called hi back to everyone of us when we greeted them.. and shrek dance party was super fun.. with all the sec 3s(with the exception of amanda) dancing in front, they all looked so cute. and padey sure knows how to attract the sec 1s' attention. nice one. hopefully we can get alot of enthu sec 1s to join in.. =D mr tan got 3 sec 1s to conduct us for shrek. the 1st boy was soooo cute!! and some more he joined band in pri school.. in cornet section.. hopefully that means he will come in.. =)
so we played shrek and ocean so many times until we got so tired.. that when the last batch of sec 1s came in, the sec 3s didnt dance. far too tiring already.. and it was so hot in the band room that even though the air-cons were on, it didn seem to help. too many ppl in the room does stifle up the place. =/ we played cockroach song(you should know what i mean) only once and we didnt play it anymore.. because it does NOT sound very nice in ensemble form.. at least shrek was fun.. then the solos were good.. i played YMCA, eugene played tong2 hua4, ivan played the gatsby theme song, you jing played bu4 xiang3 zhang3 da4 and so on.. got quite alot.. but it was fun.. the sec 1s keep calling the cockroach song as the chicken little song for some reason.. maybe its the soundtrack they keep hearing on tv when chicken little was screening.. =/
well.. at least today was fun.. signing off here..

1 week gone...
so I've been back at school for 1 week liaoz.. too many things to do.. band.. practising for orientation.. sec 3s were rehearsing their dance for the orientation with selected sec 2s.. and its really funny.. =p
and our cm is mr gerald!! yay.. at least he's great fun, unlike some teachers in school.. =/ he considered being cm for 3/2 only because of economics..but in the end decided to come to 4/6 instead.. =D
band.. practices as usual.. got esplanade performance on 28th march.. all performing groups involved.. then april got MUSE competition at orchard hotel ballroom.. and we are aiming for top award.. gold is not going to be easy to get, unless we slog really hard. the competition is also the last performance for us sec 4s before we officially step down. =( but at least there band trip in december, after o levels.. thank goodness its not in june.. got to study and slog for 'o's.. =p
thats about all i can say for 1st week of school.
