long long entry

haven't been blogging recently cos I was bogged down with hanging out, studying.. so here's a ~~brief~~LONG entry.

movies!
within a space of 2 weeks, I watched 4 movies. yes, 4. the first 2 was treated by my friends, the rest I paid myself. and it kind of took a toll on my pocket.

Harry Potter and The Order Of The Pheonix was so so only. nice effects. but the chronological order of the story wasn't there, and some parts were cut off! RAH. but I expected it anyway, cos the book itself was so thick, 800+ pages! if they made the whole book into a movie without cutting off scenes, I bet the movie would be 5 to 6 hours long. watched it with tabs, and it was quite great, considering I haven't watched a movie with her for ages.

leaders' investiture was so-so. band did an ok job. but I had to reach school so early in the morning! I was so sleepy then. and I rushed for nothing. cos alot of ppl were late as well. -.-
went with shihui to IMM to have lunch at the hong kong cafe, and we chatted about alot of things over lunch. then we went to west mall, I was supposed to meet tabs for simpsons but she couldn't make it at the last minute. so we roamed around west mall, then went to mac to buy a drink, sit down and talk more. I went home around 2 plus to change, before meeting shiyun and suern to watch secret.

to all jay chou fans, this movie's for you!
I must say, jay's really pro, actually making his first attempt at directing and acting in the movie. the movie was quite good, and though there was a part which I couldn't really understand at first, I could understand the ending. and oh yes, not to forget..
HIS PIANO-PLAYING SKILLS ARE EXTREMELY GREAT! it's the kind that would make your jaws drop and go wow. watched it with shiyun and suern at grand cathay. the theatre hall was PACKED. for a first day release, it really was a tremendous turn-out. and alot of people were impressed by his piano playing skills.

the 3 of us went to cine to eat after that, and we met chinteng at the bus stop.

had dinner at pastamania, then I left after that to go to my cousins' place.

friday-met shihui to go study at je library. because we were both late, we didn't manage to find a place. so we wanted to go to macs, but mac was crowded, and we didn't think we could get a good, quiet spot to study. we went to kfc, and I thought I saw zaewe there. and really, it was him, with christofle, jiamin and cassandra. they saw me and started waving. then me and shihui just sat down and studied for awhile, before going for korean lunch, and to the macs near old commonwealth campus to have a drink and catch up on more revision.

yesterday- band farewell! =D met cass and jiamin to buy titbits and drinks, before meeting christofle, zaewe and kahyeow to go sentosa together. and we attempted to fool them in thinking that we didn't get the tickets for them. hahaha. had fun playing! =D me, cass and jiamin played daidee while the guys went to find a volleyball, and we left our phones in our bags. we didn't hear our phones ring. and when I checked my phone, I had 3 missed calls, 1 from mahmudah, 2 from christofle. and he was like 'I called all of you guys then you all never pick up your phone..'
damn paiseh lah. we played volleyball after that, and I think my arms are slightly red as a result. went swimming after that, I was the only one who went in fully-clothed cos I didn't wear a swimsuit beneath my clothes. and I don't have a bikini. played monkey in the water. hahaha kahyeow and zaewe forever were the monkey! and it was nice to swim in the seawater in this hot weather, it's so cooling and comfortable. =D
suntanned with qixuan after that, and we spent a good time talking, and in the evening we sat at the shore and talked about random things. =) AND. I kept getting seawater and sand splashed and kicked over me! =\ the result of this trip=fun+sunTAN+sunBURN!
