Hello, welcome. :) I'm Glennda, 19 going on 20 this year!
Came into the world on 5th August 1990.

I have a passion for long distance running, sports, reading, music, writing and many other things, and blue-myfavouritecolour is an avenue for me to share my muses, thought and whatever's been going on.

Eventually I want to run Adidas Sundown Full Marathon and Standard Chartered Full Marathon!

I love my family, friends and my cell group, W398+N385! :)

Through God, I can do anything, and nothing is impossible. For God loves us and will never forsake us.

Oh and I'm a big fan of Westlife and Jay Chou, and would love it if I can get the chance to meet Westlife in person one day! :D

life's lessons.

If you don't grab ahead, it's more pitiful. (I grabbed this from a guy's blog because I found this quote really meaningful, and it's really true as well.)

Especially since life is full of obstacles and challenges ahead, and though all of us will naturally feel that obstacles are the worst things to occur, especially if they're long, drawn-out and cause you a lot of pain physically, emotionally and mentally, instead it is through obstacles where you will learn life's lessons, and perhaps be able to give away even more to other people.

But regardless of the obstacles that life throws at us, it's always better to learn to take things easy and not get so stressed out easily. (Though of course, that's easier said than done!)

33. But seek first his kingdom and righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well.
34. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

I came across this guy's blog, he's 2 years my senior if I'm not wrong, and reading his entries is really nothing short of inspiring.
It showed me the true power of God, and the faith that he has in God and everything in life.
Faith is a substance that no one sees, and indeed it seems like christianity is bound to evoke skepticism, especially those who are of other religions and don't believe in christianity.
But really, I somehow feel that as a christian, you see many sorts of miracles that occur, things that you never actually expect to occur will happen right in front of your eyes. (No offence to non-christians and the anti-christ, there are no hard feelings in this entry! =))

Of course, I'd like to have everything to go my way in life, but unfortunately life doesn't allow you to have everything go your way. Life is about knowing how to give and take, because without giving, you won't know what's taking and vice versa.

Because by faith, you receive, and you receive a lot more than what you just expect. =)
