ZZZZ.
And cough medication is back to haunt me again. -.- Because my cough suddenly worsened a few days ago, and when Saturday rolled by my cough was damn dry and I had 128949524587 coughing fits! (Tabs can vouch for that cos I was with her the entire afternoon that Sat!)
Needless to say, it's a trip back to the doctor again, and I came back with stronger cough medication.
In a nutshell, it totally knocked me out by 11pm(I took the medication around 8plus) and til now, I'm still feeling abit soft and my mind feels whirly(is there even such a word?!) and stupid when I need my wits about me.
Hence a caffeine fix is ABSOLUTELY necessary. No kidding, I yawned so many times and my mind was thinking about curling up into my cosy bed.
My persistent cough and accumulated fatigue is the reason why I doze in public transport(bus+mrt) in recent days. And it's not something I used to do in the past also. Last week when I was supposed to meet my parents at JP after work, I dozed on the MRT and I woke up when the train JUST left Boonlay! Fml. -.- And I had to alight at Pioneer and take the MRT back to BoonLay zzz.
Let's just keep fingers crossed that the sleepy+lazybones bug in me will get beaten soon! :)
I hope I can say good riddance to that cough soon, I want to continue training for Adidas Sundown and conquer that 10km run! Furthermore, Chinese New Year is coming soon and I really want to enjoy the goodies.
I know that CNY equals to gaining weight zzz. So the purpose of gym would be to train up for Sundown, then slim down and shape up at the same time. Talk about killing 3 birds with 1 stone. :D
