Hello, welcome. :) I'm Glennda, 19 going on 20 this year!
Came into the world on 5th August 1990.

I have a passion for long distance running, sports, reading, music, writing and many other things, and blue-myfavouritecolour is an avenue for me to share my muses, thought and whatever's been going on.

Eventually I want to run Adidas Sundown Full Marathon and Standard Chartered Full Marathon!

I love my family, friends and my cell group, W398+N385! :)

Through God, I can do anything, and nothing is impossible. For God loves us and will never forsake us.

Oh and I'm a big fan of Westlife and Jay Chou, and would love it if I can get the chance to meet Westlife in person one day! :D

Praise the Lord!

Yes, I really give praise to Lord!

1. I woke up this morning with a sore throat and cough, and the first thought in my mind was 'Shit, if this keeps up how am I going to run Sundown?!' My parents suggested that I don't go for service today because I was still a bit out of sorts by the time 2pm rolled by, but I decided to go anyway because I'd feel off if I didn't go.
And at service today(technically yesterday since my com clock reads 1229AM now) Pastor Kong preached about healing, and how Jesus has a healing nature. At that time, I realized my sore throat and cough was gone. To God be the glory! :)

2. The chance to run Sundown Women's 10KM. Actually, the urge and determination to start long distance running was inspired by someone, and from that point on I decided to give it a go.

Anyone wants to run Stan Chart? :D :D I'm very eager to go for that!


The crowd at Raffles City Level 3 Atrium was insane at 3+pm. Thank God for making the decision to leave my house at 2plus instead of 3plus. I waited an incredible 45 minutes before managing to get my race pack!
I swear I must be blessed with an amazingly high level of patience and tolerance. No kidding about that.

OK, I think I sound like a small kid. Seriously.

Anyway, quick update: W398+N385 hit West Coast Park yesterday(Friday night I mean!) and we had a blast playing. Yes back to childhood. (:
And that time of playing was one that made me wish that mozzies should be made extinct. Seriously. No prizes for guessing why I will say that!
It's said that people with blood types A, A+ and B gets the attention from mosquitoes most easily, and I'm one of the unfortunate souls who has blood type A+. -_____-
